During the prolonged transport fish needs more air than water (If you transport fish in the plastic bag you should have more air than water). It is good to separate them on a larger number of packages.
Before we put fish to the aquarium, place the bag with them in the aquarium water to compensate temperatures - thermal adaptation (it should be kept like that for approximately 15-20 minutes).
Then we remove 30% of the water from the bag and replace it with water from aquarium - chemical adaptation. Repeat this again after 15 minutes.
Water used to transport fish should not be poured into the aquarium. To move fish to aquarium use a aquarium net (you must be careful not to hurt them).
