A Biotope - is nothing else but a habitat inhabited by a certain group of organisms. In turn, a biotope aquarium is an attempt to replicate the conditions of this habitat in aquarium reality.
Reproduction not only involves creating an appropriate interior arrangement of the tank but also transferring a group of populations typical for a given environment: plant, animal, or even microorganisms. Thanks to this, the created biotope will maintain a balance between particular processes occurring in this environment.
The „Biotopes” section will contain descriptions of the most important biotopes classified based on the geographical area from which a given ecosystem originates.
Each biotope reproduction should be preceded by getting to know the appropriate pattern - an ecosystem that we will model.
We should be assisted by videos available on the internet (already so many), made in natural conditions, which perfectly illustrate the topic.
